I was talking to a friend of mine the other day and we were discussing cellulite. She asked me if I knew what cellulite actually was and I had no clue. It dawned on me that we both suffer from something that we both know nothing about. So what is cellulite anyway? We figured that if we knew the answer to this question that we might be able to get rid of ours. We have been looking on the internet since and have discovered some interesting things about it. With this new information we are confidant that we can finally do something about it for good.
I have had cellulite for a long time now and have always just assumed that it was something I did that gave it to me. Well after doing some research on this subject I found out that this isn’t true. When asking the question, what is cellulite, I discovered that it is something that is just a female problem that happens as we age. It isn’t because of something I did or didn’t do. I also discovered some new ways of getting rid of my cellulite from within myself not from with out. This makes a lot of sense to me anyway.

Hypnosis has been a part of medicine throughout the centuries.
It was found to be an effective method of inducing anesthesia
long before the existence of chemical anesthetics. Anesthesia,
as well as medicine in general, is a combination of art and science; equally so is hypnosis. In order to use this method of anesthesia more effectively, it is important for the anesthetist to understand that hypnosis is a method or technique, not an anesthetic agent.
Toward the end of the nineteenth century, there was no longer
any question as to the reality of hypnosis, and its use in producing analgesia and anesthesia. Historically, natural or hypno-anesthesia preceded chemical anesthesia by approximately twenty-one years.
The first operation using hypno-anesthesia reported in the United States was a nasal polypectomy, performed thirteen years before Crawford Long started using ether as an anesthetic agent. To date, virtually every body cavity has been entered and almost every organ has been operated upon using hypno-anesthesia. Only recently, valid reports of operations performed under hypno-anesthesia made the nightly news.
Hypno-anesthesia should not be considered a replacement for
chemical anesthesia. Not all patients can be hypnotized as easily as they can be anesthetized. Nevertheless, hypnosis is a method which can be very useful to the anesthesia clinician before, during, and after a surgical procedure.
An ideal anesthetic combines the use of hypnotic techniques with reduced doses of chemical anesthetic drugs. Propofol, Sodium Thiopental, and Etomidate are classed as hypnotics. These anesthesia induction medications when given slowly in combination with post-hypnotic suggestions greatly enhance patient recovery from both the anesthetic and the operative procedure. The combination of pre surgical hypnosis and chemical hypnosis at the time of anesthesia induction greatly reduces depression of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, and hepatic systems. Medhmet C. Oz, M.D. of Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center routinely offers hypnosis to his open-heart-surgery patients to reduce anxiety before the procedure.
In contrast to chemical anesthesia, hypno-anesthesia has the
advantage of being completely safe and harmless to the patient.
The disadvantage of using this method is time. In order to use
hypnosis as the sole and total means of anesthesia or even as
the major portion of the anesthetic procedure, more time is
generally required than just the pre-anesthetic visit or phone
call. Though it may very well be the method of choice for many
patients, it is not often used because most patients are not
aware of hypnosis as an alternative or adjunct to their care.
Also, medical personnel are not trained in alternatives such as
hypnosis, and those trained do not want to spend the time
required for conditioning the patient prior to the proposed
procedure. The advent of epidural anesthesia for labor and
delivery has also had a great impact on patient motivation
toward both Lamaze and hypnosis for child birth. If the patient
is disinterested the physician follows suit. In addition, the
basic induction of hypnosis can require as long as fifteen to
thirty minutes.

12 month free products are a fairly new type of contract and as such are little known by most consumers. The fact they are something of a secret is why they are consistently the most cost effective cellular phone offers on the market today.
Without exception best priced place to buy a free line rental contract is on the WWW. As free line rental products are somewhat specialised package you would be well advised to find a good a comparison site to indentify the most cost effective products at the time.
In principle a free line rental deal is not likely to cost a dime to own. This is true only so long as the customer is rigorous in making their request for for 100% cashback. This is rarely quite as simple as consumers are lead to think because of the fact that mobile vendors stick in some sneaky pitfalls in the agreement of free line rental deals so they cut back the quantity of successful consumers.
12 month free offers are simply 100% cashback packages where the total amount payable paid by cashback redemption amounts to the total amount payable paid over the life of the cell phone contract. This means you have to pay the mobile phone costs as you would normally for the first months. Further on in the contract in the contract you must to claim 100% of the cost of the mobile back from the shop which initially offered you the mobile.
Free line rental is innevitably a trade off, as they are can only be found on older mobile phones. A major pitfall of free line rental products is that if the retailer go out of business you have now way to make your claim.
Despite the pitfalls of free line rental offers they are completely legitimate and shoppers can still get a totally free cellular phone for full duration of a 12 month contract.

To the untrained eye, one screw is as good as another, but those with a little more awareness have a better chance of realising that choosing the right screw for a particular job can mean the difference between a project succeeding and failing.
The industrial and construction sectors have literally hundreds of different types of screws and fasteners to select from; each type suited for a particular usage e.g. lubricated timber decking screws for quicker driving into outdoor decking, self-drilling screws for the convenience of not having to drill pilot holes and even screws that work specifically with the mechanical properties of plastics.
Before you can choose the best screw for a job you should consider the characteristics you desire in a screw such as:
* Does it need to be waterproof to avoid corrosion from moisture?
* Does the screw head need to be flush with material once it’s screwed into place?
* Does the screw need to be protected from vandalism or unauthorised removal?
* Is the screw to be used in wood, metal or perhaps plastic?
* What length of screw is required?
For different types of material there tends to be a different type of screw. Take the following as examples:
* Wood screws – designed to perform best in all types of wood including hardwood, MDF and chipboard. Smaller screws have less chance of splitting wood, but if you’re using larger screws and/or working near the end of a piece of wood then it’s often safer to drill a pilot hole first.
* Floor screws – these will cope with the issue of different expansion rates so are best used for securing timber or chipboard to steel supports. Made by a process that ensures a hard exterior whilst retaining a tough, flexible core.
* Self-drilling screws – designed for convenience as only a screwdriver is required. These screws drill their own holes and form their own mating threads ensuring the best fit in a single attempt.
* Timber decking screws – specially designed to deal with outdoor conditions with durable, protective coatings.
* Frame anchor screws – designed for fixing window and door frames made from PVC-U, wood or aluminium directly to brickwork without the need for plugs or nylon anchors.
A general rule of thumb for determining an appropriate length of you should look for a screw length that will allow two-thirds of its length to be embedded into the material being fastened to. So, for example, if you’re fastening a 1-inch thick piece of timber to a wooden post then you should be looking at embedding 2-inches of the screw into the post. That means you would require a screw length of 3-inches.
All good screw suppliers will be able to advise on the appropriate screws for your task. The important thing is to appreciate that not all screws are the same and that using the right screw can mean a secure installation, whilst the wrong screw can mean in an accident waiting to happen.

The use of free, relevant and meaningful content can single handedly grow your business into seven figures while making you the star of the lives of thousands of raving fans (customers and clients).
Using free content is not a new concept. However, out of the thousands who actively send out free content to their list, less than 1% actually get it right.
Building a Learning Relationship with your market by offering free relevant and meaningful information and content can take you to the higher ground of outstanding profits.
One of the most effective ways to prove your expertise, showcase your skills, toot your own horn, and prove that you’re not just good …you’re the best (and your not only deserving of their paid business, but at a premium price) is to invite your market into a “learning relationship”.
A learning relationship is designed to scratch an immediate itch without providing total relief. You do this by providing meaningful information and content that they can use immediately to experience some level of satisfaction.
[Note: All of the basics of identifying your market, targeting a niche within that market, identifying an existing problem and understanding the desired solution must already be done.]
It’s critical that you deliver meaningful and relevant information to your market.
Not all information is created equal. Information that is theoretical, pitchy, vague, and incomplete and doesn’t give specific action steps will not work well for this strategy.
For a learning relationship to be an effective marketing strategy for you, the information and content you provide should…
Excite – Make your information compelling and interesting. This will keep their attention and gives you the opportunity to capture that “mental real estate”.
How often do you pay attention to anything that doesn’t excite you? Not often, right?
Your market is no different. From the very first word, you need to grab them and hold them captivated with what they are getting. To do that, you need to quickly answer three questions…
1. WHY should I read this?
2. WHAT is in it for me?
3. WHY should I believe you?
One way to create instant excitement is to make a big compelling promise of what they can expect after they read, digest and use your content.
Educate – Make your information informative and educational. Make them say “Wow, I didn’t know that!”
The world is drowning in information and yet it craves more knowledge… so give it to them.
However, give it to them in a way that they get it… they understand it and they can use it.
And where possible make a huge impact by sharing something that will make them say, “Wow, I didn’t know that!”
Encourage – Your information should provide actionable steps that you can encourage them to take to experience a measurable difference.
The best kind of information is usable information.
Telling is not helping. You need to break down your information into useable, actionable steps that are clear, concise and doable.
Give your readers a cookbook, how-to recipe for accomplishing one simple task that your information suggests. When you do this, and they use it and they get a small win from it… you become their hero… you build up the expert status that will move them from free to fee.
Endear – Your information should close gaps, build bridges and bring attunement between you and your market.
Build in any personal stories that they can possibly relate to. Allow them to experience emotion and feel like there is synergy with you and attunement with your mission.
When your readers feel like you understand them and you are like them you build bridges that can bring together a very long lasting mutually beneficial relationship.
So be sure to deliberately aim to connect with your market on a heart level and not just on a head and wallet level.
Entice – Your information should entice them to want more from you. This will make scaling them up from free information into premium paid products and services much easier.
Leave your market wanting an encore… wanting another appearance from you. Leave them chanting your name standing in there chairs pumping their fist in the air in celebration of you and what you have given to them.
Like 50,000 raving fans at a rock concert that don’t want the show to end… have your readers begging for more. So much so they decide to purchase your products and services …bright eyed and smiling.

So why do so many people cry and pull their hair out when it comes to building an email list? It’s really simple – they don’t know how to do it.
Before you start building an email list you need to know one thing.
What I’m about to tell you is so paramount you will want to stop
reading this email and get a post-it note and pen ready so you can write it down.
What is this one thing that is so important?
If you have your post-it note and pen ready I will tell you!
Hmm, I sense someone is still looking for their post-it notes in
their desk.
Ok, now we are ready…
The one thing you need to know before you start building an email list is:
****People like to be asked before you put them on a list****
I know it is not much of a novel concept but some people don’t seem to understand why this is important. Here are a few reasons:
-People don’t like getting emails unannounced (if a person does notask for something, then gets it, he/she won’t expect it. The email will be a surprise. People don’t like surprises unless it is a new car.)
-People will stay on an email list longer if they actually decided to go on the list in the first place.
So asking people to join is key. In the industry, it’s called
Permission Email Marketing or Opt-in Email Marketing.
Sounds pretty simple.
When you start building your email list you have to ask people to join (or rather, you would be wise to ask people to join). It’s up to you.
Lots of companies don’t ask people to join their email lists. I
experience these types of emails everyday and always treat them the same – I delete them before I read them.
So let’s talk about your email list.
-How will you ask people to join?
-Are you operating online? If so, what tools can you use on your
website?
-Are you operating offline? If so, what tools can you use at your place of business?
Here are some suggestions that will help point you in the right
direction:
1. Ensure you are clear about the frequency of your e-newsletters.
For example: If your e-newsletter will be weekly, say so. If you
intend to send five emails a day make sure your signups understand this.
2. Once the above is covered, clearly ask people to join your list.
and
3. Don’t ask people to un-join your list if they don’t want to join.
Un-join?
If you are wondering if un-join is a word, it isn’t.
If you are wondering what the heck my last point means, you’ll have to wait until Email Marketing Lesson: How To Build An Email List, Part Two of Two.
